Wasting...

Uniforms for black belt holder.




i've wasted my times in learning tang soo do. i hv poor memory and stamina. i still remember we hv to do 20 times sit ups brfore training and now when i tried to do 5 i can't.. im getting fatter o i've lost my stamina??
